Happy New Year! What a way to end 2010 and begin 2011. The World Juniors didn't result in a lot of money, like I said, but it brought in an extra $290.90 today, and we'll take it. A day off tomorrow for the Juniors but we'll be back on Sunday with them for the Playoff Rounds.

A nice sweep in the NHL tonight, including a big play on the League-worst Jersey Devils. Pick your spots, and maximize those strong plays.

8-2 today with the 2 losses both only being 1% plays. We wish everyday could be as nice as today, but we know that's not the case. Don't let it go to your head, tomorrow might not be as kind. I'm just happy I was able to work out a strong day after the Knicks debacle last night. I was really upset with myself for playing something I had no lean in myself.

I'll continue to grind in 2011. May this be the best year ever and one where our wildest dreams come true.

LoL.. I completely misread this game and don't really care how it ends now. The total was the big play and that was pretty much over just 3 minutes into the game! Definitely a weird game goin on there..

Nice 2nd Halves in the NBA, including the Heat right now. Might be a couple more Halftime plays, will keep monitoring..

UFC Main Card is about to start.. don't think I'm goin to wager on it but I like Dong Hyun Kim, Chris Leben, and Frankie Edgar.

Respect your picks and insights on games and the money management you employ with your selections.  You and dj both talk about making value bets.  (I respect dj's thoughts and picks, mm also).  With all the games available how do you even start off your day of capping?

How do select which games your going to spend some time investigating?  Trying to get better at making my own picks but there can be so much action and variety of plays possible.  How do you finds the gems to really dig down and make a play on?
