Clearly did not understand the concept here.. Washington, New Jersey, Pittsburgh are only favorites I took to win their series. Which they will. The other series are only to win 2 games.. It does not state they will win their series. San Jose, Chicago, Detroit will not lose their series 4 games to 1, but they could still lose the series.. which I do not really care.
Similarly, the only way this would lose big would be if one of the teams lost 3 or 4 games in a row, to end the series.

Absolutely! Altho it was unfortunate that all teams lost Game 1, they all won Game 2 (except Chicago, who will win later).
Detroit was a Game A wager, so it is no big deal that they lost.
I have not posted the plays each day because they are listed in the 1st post of the thread, so the daily plays are obvious.
When the 1st Round is complete, you will be very happy for sticking with it. Enjoy the games!

i love this system for nba playoffs .... 76% of home court teams win the series in nba and it is much more easy to pick winners in the nba ... also in you picky right teams you can get + juice on the road which will bring ur units lost down and your rrisking amounts down alot ... it has worked well so far with denver lakers and dallas !!!

the NHL has sent many to the showers, careful, what you see, is NOT what you get! The playoffs are a new season, remember; dogs & unders prevail. do your research! how many top favorites are eliminated in the first round? playing the zig-zag concept is almost like flipping a coin..I said, "almost" take it at that.

This is not a Zig Zag Concept.. you have misunderstood.
Public minds also agree that Unders are way to wager in Playoffs.. yet the Under is just 9-8-3 so far in this 1st Round. Vegas loves the public..

You're right that I'm leaving units on the table. I guess it's a trade off for not having to pick a winner for the series (and the risk involved). I will sometimes start the chase over again if the home team wins game 1 of what should be a close series. Given that the NBA and the NHL first round series are both going on at the same time my unit size is actually not that large. I usually bump up the unit size as the playoffs go on and the number of series are cut in half each round.
