The paid 7-day trip to Montreal for the initial Area Training sounded pretty cool. Maybe I could find a cute french assistant?? LoL

Guys we're going to be doing a side chase based on ACE-ACE's picks over on The RX.
Some of you will remember me mentioning this previously, as he is a Professional and is the guy SuperEagle got his idea from to run his 7-game chase.
Ace has finally hit another 3-game losing streak, so we'll pick up his plays now for a 4-game max chase. I expect he'll hit a winner in the next pick or 2, for anyone who is interested in picking up an extra Unit.
I'll post it whenever he releases his next selection.

congrats man are you taking the job? i assume you have a degree in finance or something related?
LoL no, I have no background in anything really related to the field. That's what I found humorous.
I have to admit.. it's one helluva opportunity. Starting off between 40-50K my first year.. Don't get opportunities like that very often.
Have a lot to think about.. this has been going very well, and I really enjoy it. That's some serious coin tho, 6 figures realistic in just a few years.
There's a lot of factors I will have to take into account.. the thing I liked most about it was that you are working for yourself. Pretty much what I'm doing now, just different..
He was very intrigued by the Sports Investing I have been doing. I have a follow up meeting with their Regional Director next Wednesday in Halifax.. I'll at least go for that visit, and see how things look.
I never wanted to go back to work in a "real" job.. but you should always keep your options open. You never know what will come along..
Off for some ping pong and cold beer.. in 40 degree heat I must be mad!!

On the chase from the rx, how many of these have you done in the past and what were the results?
I've done exactly 1. The last time he lost 3 straight, I jumped in for Game #4 and it won.
I never used to follow his thread at all, until a month or so ago. I just read it to see the plays he is on, but will never play one until he hits a 3 game slide.
His record is pretty impressive. He sometimes only posts a play every 3 or 4 days tho.
I just think, given his track record, it's a good spot to jump in and pick up an extra Unit or 2.

I guess Texas looks like a pretty big play tonight, spread out over all 3 Systems. Their pitchers don't look impressive on paper, but they seem to be getting it done. Let's hope the bats are alive tonight and put up a crooked number.

Yeah I was getting worried this afternoon when I found out they were pushing hard with a deal for Cliff Lee. Thought it might be a distraction for tonight.
Very happy they got it done all ready, have to give their front office a lot of credit.

You still have an hour to work in some of your voodoo magic!!! Worked well last month. Rangers bats been pretty quiet since that win streak. The only time they scored more runs than 4 this month was on Tuesday. Today better be the day they wake up. Either way, just cracked my first beer so let's get this weekend going!
