Irage, I may be wrong but from what I understand, OAK won't be a play as well as the Yanks but what if the line shifts and makes LAA the dog? Will the Angels be a play instead? Not sure about the Mets and BoSox though as they qualify as of now.

I see your point GiLmo574. But the thing is, I was actually waiting for the lines to switch and it did. I was also going for the "not getting swept" and the Angels did play well the previous 2 games. And lastly, yeah its Weaver.

Angels closed as the favorite just about everywhere.

But, for like the 100th time, this strategy uses the Covers.com lines. And both LAA and NYY closed at -103.

This would not be a play if the Yanks are the DOG, which they ended up being. This is a perfect spot for the Angels. There bench is fresher than the Yanks and should be able to pull this out. As long as weaver holds up.

Typically, I would have dropped this play at the last minute because of all the action, but the Angels like I said are prime for  win regardless of the line.
