That bet 2838 was a 6th bet with +205 odds. In addition to win all the previous losses, it brought back about 50 more units. If he had went perfect in all the above picks the profit would have been still less than of what it is now.

This system is good because of the odds and because of the fact that you dont chase after 6 games. It is controlled martingale. If you lose 6 in a row, you start over from the beginning. You will end up hitting few 4th, 5th and 6th games before losing 6 in a row, so with those big odds the rate of you doubling the bankroll is much higher than losing 6 in a row. In that stretch of picks in only two weeks he doubled the bankroll.

'The trick is to keep the unit size same through out. some people add the winnings to their bankroll and they will keep increasing the unit size with the hope of more profit, this wont work because when you lose 6 in a row you will end up losing more since you kept increasing the unit size.

if you keep the unit size fixed this will be profitable even if you average one 6 game losing streak each month....this is assuming that you use the picks from mrmartingale  because he uses lot of big odd games and hits them good.

what server does he suggest you play on?  not all sports betting servers have soccer. or what other wierd stuff he plays then what.

THERS BOOKS in YOUR FREE Library that tell YOU how wise guys and sharps have made money every year the RIGHT way and they been doing for decades !

 

NO system they ever SAW or Read about will work better than what they DO !

IF YOU have Friends in Vegas  or anyother big city where there are PLAYERS  real players who make a LIVING out of Betting sports  GET in TOUCH with them ask them to show YOU how to do it the RIGHT way  !

and TELL MR Marting Dale and MR MOrrison to shove thier fucking systems up thier asses !

The problem with progressive chasing is that it goes against the theory of positive expected value. Basically, you're betting substantially more on the later bets in the series despite them being no stronger than any picks before them. To make money, one has to bet an optimum amount relative to the edge that they have capped in the game (most people use Kelly Criterion). When you're betting 40 units on a 6th bet, it's not because the pick calls for 40 units, it's simply because you're chasing your losses. Similarly, your first pick is only 1 unit when it could be a banger of a pick and deserve much more.

loganxman - have you been getting picks as of late?  What's wrong with him?  I've been hit and miss now since Jan 23 or so.

I would think at some point along the way thaty a raise would be possible. but still even a high roller wouldn't make a ton of money.

My strategy (I started Dec 23 paying for his picks) is to allocate the bankroll I want to use on Martingale's picks and then divided that bankroll in half; in essence, i'm using a 144 unit bankroll to play his picks.  This way, in the event he loses 6 in a row, I can still play.

Since i started, I'm up around 120%, although he took two weeks of in January and his picks have been few and far between since then.  I've gotten picks on the following days:

Dec 23 - Jan 20 - pretty much every day, missed Dec 25, 26, Jan 8-13

Nothing Jan 21-Feb 3

Feb 3, 4, 5

nothing since.  Does anyone know if this is normal for him?
