When you say b2b visitor do you mean consecutive days or for example buff was @TB on the 6th and now is @PIT on the 8th? Does this qualify as b2b visitor?

3g/5d = has played 3 games in past 5 days, making this next game the 4th in the past 6 days.

b2b = played last night, and is playing tonight

there seems to be a developing trend within this trend.
 
if we take only those visitors who have a losing record, then
1. over is 5-0
2. home teams are 5-0
 
for b2b visitors who have a losing record, then
1. over is 6-2
2. home teams are 7-1
 
and the world turns...

Then the system should read 4th game / 6 days, because there are plenty of situations where there is a 4th game on the 7th day but falls into 3gm/5dy situations.

all i'm following are teams who have played 3 games in the past 5 days, not including tonight.  the word "past" means that we don't include today.

we have 2 visiting teams and 1 home team tonight who qualifies for 3g/5d
 
LGI qualifies, and they're B2B.  The bonus here is that they have a losing record.  I'm expecting a high scoring game.
 
VAN/NSH are both qualifiers for 3g/5d, and NSH is also B2B.  The interesting thing here is that they both have a winning record, and that seems to throw everything off.  The one commonality here is that all home B2B usually win, and all 3G/5D visitors lose.  I'm expecting NSH to sneak away with this one.
 
COL is a home team 3G/5D tonight.  I'm expecting them to win.

so LGI game went over, VAN/NSH did not, and COL won.  2-1 and +2.61u for the night.  put 3 units on the LGI game.
 
when visiting teams are 3g/5d then,
1. home teams are 9-1 (6-0 w/ losing rec)
2. over is 7-3 (6-0 w/ losing rec)
 
when visiting teams are b2b then,
1. home teams are 11-3 (8-1 w/ losing rec)
2. over is 9-5 (7-2 w/ losing rec)
 
when home teams are 3g/5d then,
1. home teams are 5-3 (4-1 w/ losing rec)

* i'm going to continue this for another week, but I get the feeling that tracking home teams doing really do much.  the records are interesting, but the over/under isn't doing much.

* what's interesting is taking a visitor w/ a losing record who qualifies for 3g/5d, and is b2b, the home team is 5-0 and the over is 5-0.

CGY/DET are 3g/5d, but they both have a winning record.  i'm still taking this over, and DET.
 
STL/ANA are 3g/5d, and STL has a losing record, and is B2B.  I'm hitting the Over hard, and money on ANA.

this scenario has happened just once, and the home team won 3-1.
 
i wouldn't put money on the Over, here, but I would put $$ on CGY.

Over might be a good play. Don't think Kipper is gonna shut them out and Vokoun hasn't played that often. But the side seems safe.
