Does this trend seem to work well with College Football as well? Or for that matter other sports?

i have not looked into college football or tracked it, but i will definitely keep a closer eye on it from here on out.  as soon as basketball starts (both nba and ncaa) i am going to try and track it.  it shouldn't be too difficult.  we'll just be focusing on the early games that occur on the weekends.

For the NBA this is pretty much the essense of the John Morrison system. When you take an east coast team travelling to the west coast and play the first three games.

I think also that if you look at the games that fell into this criteria this year there were bigger factors at play other than starting time. ie. the actual teams playing

I think it only works for west traveling to east.

Seattle laid an egg at home against the Eagles.  They are just awful and about all but given up on their season.  I look for them to lay another birdegg against the fish.  Miami covers.

THE LONG TRAVEL FACTOR HAS ALWAYS WORKED SINCE THE 1970'S. IT IS A PIMARY FACTOR WHEN HANDICAPPING. ALSO WHEN COLD WEATHER HITS, WARM WEATHER TEAMS FARE POORLY IN THE COLD. TAMPA BAY WENT  ABOUT 20 YEARS IN A ROW NEVER WINNING A GAME IN COLD WEATHER TOWNS.  MUCH OF IT HAS TO DO WITH THE RED BLOOD CELLS NOT CATCHING UP TO THE WHITE BLOD CELLS. PHYSICALLY AN ATHLETE DOES NOT FUNCTION AS GOOD AS IS HIS NORMAL ABILITY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE LONG TRAVEL INTO ONES HANDICAPPING. AS A GENERAL RULE PASS ON LONG TRAVEL TEAMS UNLESS THEY ARE PACING AT AN ABOVE 80 WIN%. THIS FACTOR DOES NOT WORK AS WELL IN BASKETBALL. ONE REASON IS ALL GAMES ARE INSIDE AND THE RED CELL FACTOR WORKS BEST WHEN TEAMS ARE FOCUSED ON STRENGTH RATHER THEN SPEED.

only the dolphins (again) this week.  the system is only for 1:00 games (eastern time).

what!???  why would you not play those games?  that is even worse than jumping time zones...

and for the record, that has been done twice this year (Ariz @ NYJ and NE @ SD)... both teams got blown out in the first half and never stood a chance... ANY TIME a team stays on the opposite coast between games, that is an auto-bet against scenario, and it DOES fit right in with this trend, because it still is about the travel disadvantage...

also, this trend is actually 7-2 for the season... i know, i have bet every single game since week 1...
