Hopefully getting closer to finding a copy of this report

I cannot find any listing for Gamblers Bookstore on East Charleston in LV
There is a Gamblers Book Shop but they have not heard of this book/report
Can you get a phone number for the Bookstore on East Charleston???

Same here, I called Gamblers Book Shop yesterday thinking that was the store that was meant.  But they told me the same thing.  If any place had it, Gamblers Book Shop seems like it would be the place

Everyone has a different way of using the 3.6.13 theory. I have found that my average line theory works the best.

If thats the place the gamblers book store/club I have spoken to them and they have never heard of any book/report we are referring to regarding 3/6/13 the mit report

 this theory isnt a theory, not a stat, not nothing, just coincidental point spreads covering. just like the atlanta braves about 10 years ago never lost on tuesday for 1 whole season, nothing about the theory supports what will happen in the future. this should in no way be used as a handicapping tool or angle. purely coincidental. and look at all the people in here that are feasting over it.

RUDIE, "just coincidental pointspreads covering" at 76%+ I wouldn't classify that success rate as coincidental, a better term would be phenomenol; you are correct  in your reasoning, this is not a handicapping tool, only equasions, that cannot be explained, thank you for your insight and definition of the 3/6/13/ theory; and Yes, it is classified as a theory, nothing more is involved....

The 3,6,13 theory definitely seems to have some merit. The number dont lie. As far as historical data; it has to be based on closing line- as that is the number that would be consistently available to the researchers.
 
PayDaJuice -to his credit- has found a system to apply the theory, and actively seeks those opportunities. I follow his picks and the results have been impressive. (several games Ive riden them coattails to $$ myself)
 
All that being said, you gotta look at the matchup and cap it accordingly.  I'm more likely to jump on a 3,6,13 game if its fading the public (heavy betting on fave, especially w/out corresponding line movement); or if the fave has just come off big win, or the fave has big matchup on immediate horizon, or both (a sandwich letdown.) If these other factors are against me... or if the fave needs a win to clinch something, then I no play.
 
Its the kind of theory that I'd use to get me off the fence. I may look at a matchup that I wouldnt otherwise (cause I do take a 2nd look now, when I notice Rd Dogs +3/6/ or 13).... but I aint betting a dime (or 10 cents even) w/out likin the rest of what I see.
 
Stash, Its a great theory to apply, and I appreciate you bringin it to the forefront; but, Im sure you'd agree that its better served as a tool integrated into one's capping- as opposed to the extent of one's capping.

07-08 season 3/6/13  theory vs the  closing line  39-29  not bad

06-07 season 3/6/13 theory vs the   closing line 52-50   not good

nov 1st to feb 1st  3/6/13 theory vs  the opening line which i found on vegasinsider.com in the NBA match up section  18-21

they dont have 06-07 seasons opening lines  for me to match to results, nor would i have done it any way

STASH...Just struck out spoke with the Vegas bookshop and they do not have and have never heard of the book/article/report and have no records that  indicate they have ever had it or can locate it...Also they checked w/ all in store and none have ever seen or heard of it...So how do we contact Andy Iskoe???  Would like to find a way to get this report....

If you won with it great, but I don't believe the report exist.  You should backtest this yourself before you get too deep though.

  i back tested it from the only opening lines i could find and its CRAP.  if it once worked it does not any longer. just like anything the line makers would have adjusted to it

ill bet you can go back and look at all sports and find lines where as for example "the fav at home fav by xxx covers 80 pct. of the time" there are many different ways to see when certain numbers had the favs covering and certain numbers where the dogs covered. the stats are called back filled stats. after something happens it is categorized and a record is kept, but there isnt anything that points to why the teams cover at certain numbers and no indication if it will happen again. a misleading stat to predict an outcome. but if your betting it, all the best of luck to all of you.
