I am hoping to try this again... I hit my first streak for a Amazon GC back in November. I received an email, completed the information and returned it. I was told it might take some time. It is 6 months later and still waiting. 

I noticed from others that it could have maybe been missed in junk mail. Is there anyway for it to be re-sent?
