I just reached 10 straight wins about 10 to 12 days ago, and the day I hit 9, I filled out the info sheet for them to mail the hat to me and I received it about 7 days later. I received the hat 3 or 4 days ago via UPS. And I LOVE THE HAT! Thanks COVERS!!!!

This seems simple enough. If you win something make sure your profile is entirely filled out.
If you did not receive the email after reaching a prize level, contact: contests@coversmedia.com
If you STILL have trouble with your email, click the "f" at the top of the page and message Covers on Facebook. EVERY time I have messaged them on FB they have replied within 24 hours!
If you win something and don't life a finger to get your prize, you are just making it hard on yourself.
