Here's what you do: you will get an e-mail from them telling you what to do (sign up for an account on Diamond, then e-mail all your account and other information to "communitylou" as instructed in your e-mail).
And then you will sit around for a month without ever getting a response to your e-mail and without your Diamond account being funded with the $25.

I can tell you for sure it's legit... have a look at my avatar.... hat, hoodie and $1000 check. It's not easy getting your prizes, but i'm telling you... emails DON'T work. CALL AGAIN and tell them your problemsand if that does not work... tell them to go fck themselves, at least you will feel better! No really... CALL and KEEP calling!

I was about to say I'm in the same boat, 15 days and no $25 in diamond, but I just logged in again and it was there now. No notice of when it went in, it just showed up. I"ve won 3 hats in the past and all arrived in reasonable time so I believe the site is legit, just slow sometimes and communication isn't the best.

Just make sure that, when you get that first e-mail informing you that you've won a prize of $25, you DON'T REPLY to it but to send LOU a new e-mail with all the information that is required. I made the same mistake and didn't get my money in 15 days, and yesterday I sent an e-mail to Lou asking for an explanation and he replied today that he never got my original e-mail (of course he didn't, I didn't send it to HIM), and that on Fridays he sends out the winner's lists to sportsbooks so I should have my account credited by next week.
I'll let everyone know how it turns out, but I just wanted to clear some stuff up about Covers not replying and not getting your prizes.

Took me 4 days...
I put $25 on one game winning 12.50....not knowing i would lose the remaining free play money..
Id suggest making a bet that pays a decent return!

i would suggest you also follow up with a call...it does speed the process up..

I got my $25, it took around 5 business days. Just make sure you do what the congrats email tells you to do. And follow the rules and regulations and all should be well.
PS No shipping to Canada on Hats and Jackets BLOWS. At least if your not going to honor a prize because of shipping (understandable) Offer something of equal value instead. But who am I to complain the covers site and stats have made me a small fortune lately. Thanks again.

I assume that you were trying to be helpful 
, but when I said that I responded as instructed that meant just that, yet all is not well, not after a follow-up email to Lou and an email to the Covers Contest Dept., as Rizzo suggested in another thread. Nothing yet, not even an acknowledgment. One month and counting....

After the 25 dollar freeplay , i was down to 9 dollars in real money. I just cashed out $300 dollars and have 61 bucks left to bet with .. guess it worksd if you follow all directions
