Well just got my 25 on diamond from the streak survivor, Thanks covers team, i got a pm from rizzo stating it would be on there and could take up to 10 days it was on about the 8th day after rizz sent me the message, Nice job covers team and thank you and you have a great site...(im addicted)

I got my $25 for hitting a streat of 7. It took 3-4 days. I went to the rules forum for the streak and followed the rules to a tee. Bing......I dot it.......played a four team parlay for all the doe and hit 3 games
........the 4th game was an under pick and was on the verge of paying me $215 bucks so I could have some fun..........and the dam game went OT on a buzzer beater
........and yes, hit the over..........very upsetting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
But I got my account, no problem and enjoyed it!! While it lasted......

Good luck trying to get a reply from anyone from this site... you have a better shot at reaching 25 picks in a row! Just keep emailing them everyday... make them sick of seeing your mail. Who knows really what to do. It seems they have one person.. "lou" who handles the prizes... with the thousands of people on this site, and the MANY complaints about never getting a prize... or never getting a reply to an email/emails... you might think he is overwhelmed... COVERS/WAGERLINE... HELLO>>> TIME TO GIVE LOU SOME HELP, AND STOP ALL THE NEGATIVE POSTS ABOUT NOT GETTING ANY PRIZES AND NOT GETTING ANY REPLIES TO OUR MAIL. But I guess we really can do nothing about it, except sit back and hope we get our prizes.

Since I made a couple of posts in this thread bemoaning the fact that I was still waiting on my $25 free play, I thought it only appropriate to report a happy ending. Rizzo told me (in another thread with the same subject) to send him a pm with the info and he would pass it on to Lou. I did so and Rizz acknowledged receipt of it promptly. Shortly thereafter, my account was credited. Now the aggravation of the couple of months snafu is behind me and I can roll it all on the Super Bowl.

Won a streak of 7 for $25 Diamond play on 12/12/09, still nothing in my new account at Diamond after 2 emails to "Lou", we're at 2 months soon!! Although Diamond did call me, didn't call them back yet as I figured they were just calling new accounts that haven't deposited any money yet. But still no free $25 in the account
Something is screwed if all these timelines are different for different people, Covers and Diamond should have this process down if they have banners ads advertising it.
