$25 for winning 7 in a row?

How long does it take for the $25 free play to be added to your new Diamond Sportbook account ?

I e-mailed everything, send another to ask when I should expect it (no answer) and still nothing.

Wait and see it guess.

You have to be a new member to get the $25, if you are a new member, it takes up to 10 days they say. This month I have won it twice for $25... but I was a Diamond sportsbook member before my streaks.

Good luck trying to get a reply from anyone from this site... you have a better shot at reaching 25 picks in a row! Just keep emailing them everyday... make them sick of seeing your mail. Who knows really what to do. It seems they have one person.. "lou" who handles the prizes... with the thousands of people on this site, and the MANY complaints about never getting a prize... or never getting a reply to an email/emails... you might think he is overwhelmed... COVERS/WAGERLINE... HELLO>>> TIME TO GIVE LOU SOME HELP, AND STOP ALL THE NEGATIVE POSTS ABOUT NOT GETTING ANY PRIZES AND NOT GETTING ANY REPLIES TO OUR MAIL. But I guess we really can do nothing about it, except sit back and hope we get our prizes.

So waited the 10 days and still nothing

Took 5 days for me.  Maybe you didn't follow instructions correctly.

 

Did everything as required.

 

Only thing i did not do is send money.  Opened account and send all details in return email. 

No free play $ ever hit my account

 

Also, no reply email from this site or the sportsbook i would like to add when I asked follow up questions.

I got mine in 3 days.  I am wondering how the rules will work though.  One rule says "only new diamond sportsbook accounts are eligible for the prize."  The exact next rule says you are only eligible to win once a month.  Inferential reasoning would assume these are contradictory statements.  Or, at least the latter statement is unneccessary.  If you are only eligible to win if you are a new member of the site, then inferential reasoning would say that you can only win the $25 once.  Period.  Basically, I don't understand the rules.

I got the money in my account quickly, but can't use it? Does diamond sports require a deposit of equal value?

Nope.  I didn't deposit and was able to use it.  One hitch, you can't use it for moneyline games.  There is a "Use freeplay" button that you also have to click prior to making your wager.  Just remember, you can only use it for games with spreads.  If you win, the amount you win goes into the real money account which you can use for anything.

so how many times can you win this prize is it once a month?

I haven't received anything and I did everything right i am still waiting on 3 hats I only got 1 out of 4   who knows with this website

i hit 11 in a row   never got a email for a hat or for a $25 free account  but then again i don't have a account offshore but i do want my hat!

I haven't gotten my freeplay either and its been well over a month.

just hope if I ever win anything more than a free $25 they pay it out.

Ahh well. For those who do hit the 7 in as row, good luck getting that free play.  It seems not everyone gets it.

Well last month I won the streak of 7 twice for $25 ( could not collect because it's for new accounts only... I also won the hat and the hoodie, also the $1000 for survivor monthly, also won $100 and $750 in the MLB playoff office pool contest.

I got EVERY one of my prizes within one month, some much sooner.

If you can't get an email reply.... CALL THEM! Thats what I did, they have an 800 number and support was very nice. Covers has a number, look at the bottom of the page under contact us.... pick up the phone and tell them your problem.

i wasn't able to get my $25 either, and i opened a new account. now i don't even now if i'll get my covers hat. 20+ days now.

Same with me.  I opened the Diamon account right after getting the e-mail and sent that information to "lou".  A week went by, no response, no money in my diamond account, no nothing.  So I send another e-mail which included the first e-mail asking if I had done anything wrong or what hte situation was.

That second e-mail was 5 days ago, still no response whatsoever.

Covers will NOT reply to any emails... trust me, been there! PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THEM!! It's the only way you will get any kind of reply to your problems.

I also have never received the $25 in my account. Also did not receive 2 hats.

I have called and was told to e-mail them. I did that yesterday. Nothing. Called today, they said the "prize" department only works on Tuesday's and Thurday's.....wtf !!

 

I'm kind of wondering if this is legit as well !
