Playoff picks contest

Contest is pretty simple, for each round of the playoffs simply pick the winner from each grouping. Points will be awared if you can guess the winner and the exact amount of games. The pairings will start with the Eastern Conference and end with the Western Conference. If the playoffs started tomorrow the first pairing would be Cap/Rangers and labelled #1 the last series would be #8 and labelled Kings/Preds. Simply put down the number, the winner and the amount of games you think the series will take. The deadline for the first series will be the after the first game is played after that it will be before the 1st game is played in all other series playoffs.

Example

#1 Caps/Rangers (Caps 6)

#8 Kings/Preds (Kings 5)

 

Points awarded for the following:

Series Winner: 2 pts

Amount of Games/Winner: 2 pts

Amount of Games/Loser: 1 pts

As well in each series I will add a simple bonus question for extra points something like most Goals or most PIM's. Correct guess on the Bonus question will be worth 3 pts

The contest is basically for shits and giggles and hopefully Covers will step in at the end and throw in a cap, Tshirt or something. Ahem Commish is this mike on.

Excellent, nice to see we have a few puckheads chiming in early.

Just a reminder, for this quarter-final series only there will be a 1 game extension to submit your picks. Just so theres no confusion, no picks after one game has been played in every series. For every series after that, make your picks before the first game is played.

Now for the bonus question and this is just off the top of my head. Which team in the quarter-final series will acquire the most PIM's????
