As a member of the healthcare team in this nation - Obamacare is a complete train wreck. So many unintended consequences that have been overall horrible for patient care and, ironically, affordability given the system essentially pushes people to emergency departments which is pound for pound the most expensive. 

Needs to be replaced, but not easy to do since nobody around here can agree on anything. I refer patients to specialists and the wait times are > 1 year. Getting to be the same with PCP’s. That’s not healthcare. Have never seen it anywhere close to this bad.

 Obama cares? I heard it's too expensive and not enough exchanges. Trump killed several terrorists back in his first regime too. Bin Laden wannabes. Not just in Mideast but Latin America and Africa. I don't know where Biden infrastructure bill helped stop unfettered migration to increase future Democratic voting registration. But I'll give credit for an act of bipartisanship. Much needed too. Lot of wear and tear on those highways and byways as immigration laws and courts vanish and more people use them. 

A businessman leads and takes actual risks. A "politician" is a stooge and front man on the take. Obama, Clinton, Kennedy never had real independent jobs. The ones groomed are all for hire.

 nah his popularity with a voting base that he does absolutely nothing for is what saved him from prosecution.  I hate the whole "this guy goes against the grain" narrative.  The stuff he says out loud is basically "I really want to grab that woman's ass right now".  Which was cute years ago but eh now.  I had no problem with his first term in office.  Actually wanted him in the white house this second term.  Didn't know he was gonna go full idiocracy second term.  How can an egotistical, yankee snob be the warrior that goes against the Deep State?  That is his greatest con he pulled on the American voting base.

Adelson is a huge problem for America.  She's a huge problem for us Maverick fans.

 Maybe so but no one can in four years. The system and levers of power does not allow it. Unless of course you want to get physical vis a vis 1860s lol. And I think it's easier for people to bitch about whoever is in office and keep their comfortable lives rather than pledge lives, fortunes (however much or little lol), and sacred honor. George Washington, John Hancock and Robert Morris are not walking through that door Rick Pitino style.

Some high level summary of what was worked on under Biden.

Funding to repair and upgrade bridges, roads, rail networks, water systems, ports and airports.

Under Trump 2016-2020?  I can't find shit besides him working on rolling back regulations and expediting permits.

Under Trump 2025-2026?  Energy and Data Center permitting, coal and fossil fuel support - both of which on one actually wants besides rich billionaires and corporations.  A Western Water Project which seems to just piggyback off of what Biden started.  Oh, and I guess a little for railroad upgrades.

Let's deal in facts and not feelings.  Find me some actual info besides your bullshit ass opinion.
