The first round of the Champions league qualification starts on Tuesday July 7. These are all first legs of a home and away format in the first qualification round. The second legs will be played next week.

The Lithuanian league is a summer league, thus Zalgiris is in form, playing competitive football. Drita are in their offseason and out of form having lost 6 straight. I had this lined at 1.75/-133 for the home side.

2. Lincoln Red Imps ML @ 2.25/+125 (1u) Sports Interaction

The side from Gibraltar are in great form undefeated in their past 17 matches with 15W & 2 draws. Last season the small club played 14 games in European club competitions, finally being knocked out by Portuguese side Braga. The visitors Inter from Andorra finished their season in mixed form with 4 wins 4 losses and 1 draw. anything at plus money is a bet for the far more experienced Lincoln side.

I have the exact same reasoning for both of these matches. I like backing home teams in the first legs on teams that are already in season versus opponents that are just playing friendlies and their season has not started yet. I had Petrocub lined at 2.00/+100 and Craiova at 2.25/+125.
