I mean, it is technically legal for us to wager on offshore books. It is a gray area for them to supply us markets. It doesnt make much sense.

 

None of this is even remotely as impactful as Black Friday. April 15th, 2011. I am a gigantic poker player, so I am well familiar with this date. Costed players around $330 million that went into "escrow" after the government decided it was illegal for banks to process payments for online poker. Worth a read if you are unfamiliar
