YTD (SOCCER): 56-33-6 (BIG PLAY!!!: 19-10-4)
After a rough start to the season, we have been on a torrid run. Hoping to keep it going today. Really not sure how many people even follow the page so I'm going to start to scale back some of the writeup even though I will do the same amount of research. Just takes a lot of time and given my actual business I am time stricken so getting back minutes in the day is of great help. I really really enjoy posting and researching so I don't want to fully cut that out.
Anyways, hoping to replicate the past couple of days. Fridays can sometimes be tricky but here are the games I am on:
OVER 2 FH BAYERN MUNICH/UNION BERLIN (-185): I would NOT be posting this but I played it yesterday when the line was -130 for the same bet. I fully expect this to at worst push as Union Berlin have played FH's yielding 2 or more goals in 8 of their past 9 games, and NONE of those were against a Bayern Munich. Additionally, even though Munich have not been great out the gate so far, they have demolished Union Berlin over the years, especially at home. Munich tends to hit the back of the net on Friday played games as well and I apologize for posting something this expensive but I just see no way this doesn't at worst push as I had stated. If you need to abandon it due to pricing, I would NOT play over 2.5 as 3 goals are often tough for the FH, but clearly I'm hopeful it does happen so we cash this.
BRENTFORD TIE NO BET (-110)...BIG PLAY!!!: This is a really great spot for a hammer in my opinion. Chelsea is consistently overpriced and this is a London derby which they have not owned over the years, albeit most of the games ended in a draw. I can see this also ending that way but Chelsea's backline is problematic and both of these teams have scored in every league game so far. Drawing games has been a long-standing issue for Brentford though having now seen ten of their previous 14 top-flight matches end all square (W2, L2). If the game ties, so be it. But the price for BTTS at -245 is absurd and I just can't see a way a really solid Brentford team doesn't get at least one in the back of the net.
OVER 1.5 FH MONACO/LENS (+120)...BIG PLAY!!!: Monaco have had an impressive attack at home, scoring 2+ goals in seven of their eight matches at Stade Louis II. Lens have been really bad on the road, albeit good in Monaco over the years, conceding at least two goals in five of their last seven league trips. So this game SHOULD have goals written all over it and with + money in a very achievable halftime tally, I am taking this as a big play.
Those will be the three for today. I fully expect both teams to score in most of these games, but so do the oddsmakers and we all know it won't happen in at least one of them. So long as we get goals early, our plays should be fine overall. As always, tail or fade, good luck to all..
