When it comes to FIFA I think it always was no jut more so then ever.
When it come to UEFA however I think they either hide it well or actually pride themselves from not being as bad as FIFA. Less corrupt actors/states. Teams like Greece , Denmark, Portugal, Netherlands and Czechoslovakia actually winning.
