2 new rules that would make soccer better.
1. Red card is an automatic penalty but the team does not lose a player. They lose the player that committed the infraction but can replace him. Red card makes both teams play intoxicated.
2. 0-0 draw means both teams lose 2 points. Teams should not be awarded for a 90 minute circle-jerk. Any other draw with a score still grant +1 to both teams.

I like it , I will add a team that doesn't get a goal, plays in speedos the following game 2 new rules that would make soccer better. 1.
