I have been playing survivor with friends for over 30 years and NEVER went the distance. Screw the money It's like a bucket list item now  an_roll_laugh

I considered doing the Circa Contest but because I have to get my butt to Vegas to sign up I passed. So that saved me 1K a year for the last few years.

 an_roll_laughI was in Vegas when Circa opened. Pretty impressive. Yeah, Ive always played it with buddies every year. I used to orchestrate it with about 60 people and I finally ran out of time and desire this year. Getting 60 people to pay before week 1 kickoff was brutal

 It’s a broken system all around.  I certainly don’t have answer but buddy I played against , with that made it to OHL did stuff at parties that looking back on i should have stood up against.peace_5

Not for many, these goons were very good but not good enough for the OHL & despised the fact they failed. Some went to play in Europe just for a pay cheque, the rest played high school hockey and our school won like 2 or 3 Ontario championships. So imagine Its not the Champions league more like the Conference League of losers.an_wink
