Belgium already survived two huge adversity moments this cup. Coming from behind against Senegal and then dismantling US (host) 4-1. Spain looks untouchable on paper, but this is their first true knockout test against an opponent that can compete with them in transition. If Belgium can gain early possession, stay within one goal, and turn it into an open game, I believe they have enough pace and finishing to make this interesting. Belgium is a clinical attacking side and with Spain's high line, Belgium can sneak this win. Quite frankly, the value is too much to pass up.
