Souths forward pack.......
Asotasi (One of the most sought after props in the game)
Sam Burgess - Regarded as one of the best props in the world at the time he signed with Souths "i want to give up $300k a year to test myself in the NRL". 
Dave Taylor - How good is he? well, he was primarily responsible for Brisbane's late season charge last year. The best forward in the NRL in the last 6-7 weeks. He was bulldozing everyone. Then Souths sign him?
Luke Stuart - A good solid first grade prop, he aint cheap.
Michael Crocker - he left the storm where was getting paid $$$ to join Rusty...Imagine how much they are paying him?
Isaac Luke? An international hooker who is probably getting paid the least out of all the forwards in there pack.
On top, you have Rhys Wesser.......When they signed him at the end of 2008, he was a fringe Origin player. He has declined signififcantly, but imagine how much they paid for him at the time. Colin Best. When they signed him, he was one of the best centres in the game...He was playing for Canberra and was running a muck out wide, that was the year Canberra just missed the top 4....Throw in Sutton, Merrit (top try scorer) etc etc and if these guys are at $4.1 million then seriosuly i will walk from here to Perth.
Them staying under the cap is like someone declaring $50k in there tax return yet they live in a waterfront mansion in Vacluse with Ferraris parked out the front.
EVERYONE DOES IT, EVERYONE........Imagine the roosters.
The player i mentioned in one of the previous posts regarding the girls (Ralph etc etc) told us that he gets paid an additional $200k a year basically in a brown paper bag.
It just saddens me that Mel get caught and everyone is doing it...

^^^EXACTLY! Both perfect examples it happens in the League.
The NBA knew that teams would cheat the cap so they brought in the luxury tax. Every sporting code with a CAP would have players getting payed more than the books say. It is IMPOSSIBLE for it not to happen. World football pays whatever it wants and they still have cheating in their systems.
As a pro punter its getting more and more difficult to find integrity when capping various sporting fixtures.
Imagine how rife shit was before the days of internet exposure
