well some interesting convosation going on last night wasnt there.
I have gone NSW becoz they are due and they know what they have to do. This game is going to carry alot of emotion for the QLDs and feel that will come out in the start where could see couple small easy mistakes thats all. i think QLD should perhaps win for Darren but cant look past the 4 point start.

Wrong.
Uate did get charged.
The ONLY argument Taylor had was on the grading.
Uate's was a grade 1, Taylor's was deemed a grade 2. Uate got no loading, as he didn't have any prior similar offences. He then took the early guilty plea and, given current judiciary rules, he didn't receive enough points to miss a game.
Taylor got a grade 2. Then with loading pertaining to previous similar offences, got 5 weeks. He then could have had that reduced by a week if he plead guilty, but they chose to fight it and they lost.
There is no conspiracy. If Taylor didn't have prior similar offences, he would never have been facing 5 weeks.
As I said, given current judiciary rules, he copped what he deserved.
