Sorry for not responding early bud, didn't see your post until late last night after the game. Had liked the Sharks because still gave them the edge in the forwards even though they lost a lot of creativity in the backs with Barba and Holmes not in the lineup from last year.

Premiers from the previous year generally have started the following year Round 1 well in the past 10 years (before last night had won 8 of the past 10 years).

But last night clearly showed Sharks might struggle a bit this season. Overestimated the loss of Ennis as well who provided a lot of direction in their attack over the past 2 seasons as well from dummy half.

Leicester -3.5 over Exeter

Highlanders -3.5 over Crusaders

Dragons +6.5 over Panthers

Hey rod dragons fan over here. McGregor is the worse coach we have ever had at the club, even the players don't believe him in. A poor Souths outfit put 32 on virtually the same team. McGregor with more poor selections with Kurt Mann and tane Milne missing out on selection. The dragons have max 12 points in them while this panthers outfit although hyped, could put 40 on them.
