NRL Plays (Round Twenty-Five)...

Just keep hitting overs boys....NRL's attendances are down as are ratings....This is not good for the ARLC which means they wont meet budget.

I have no doubt the ARLC got together and wondered why this is happening....a big part was due to the game becoming more defensive orientated, wrestle, letting defenders lay on the ball carrier etc etc....This leads to a slower game and less tries. Tries in league are like runs in cricket. It makes it more watchable.

It is no coincidence that KPI's are down for the league in a year where there has been so many teams held to zero.....The NRL want a faster game with points....Notice how many penalties are being blown the last few rounds....This is a directive from the league to the refs.

As a result, we have faster games, and teams just cannot defend. The Roosters who have held the most teams to zero have struggled the last few weeks under the change in rules..Suddenly the roosters much vaunted defense is rubbish...

This is the problem with betting unders and overs, interpretations are changing and no one gets informed apart from those in the know,...

ANother penalty, another try......

This is just to easy......I wonder how much the refs are betting on overs under these new interpretations...

Oh, and get ready for another try in the last 5 mins.....Nothing like getting extra holiday cash in a game no one will look at twice.
