If the Cows win and get through Melbourne without injury, they'll light up the Doncs. Hard to beat the better team twice in 4 weeks.

not really, been doubting them all year - and with good reason...sure they're a work in progress and are at least a year ahead of schedule but how many times can you you keep dismissing them as a premiership threat - newsflash: THEY'RE IN THE GRAND FINAL

I'll leave it at that, I agree(d) with most that they're (by rights) a little way shy of title material this year ... but with each week and each win they've disproved my assessment and I've seen enough of Wayne Bennett-sides to know that when they make it this far they're the real deal ....

So go ahead and dismiss them to a side that hasn't even booked a spot in the big dance yet .... they (and I) want you to ...

huh? I said the finals game between the Broncos and Cowboys was the form game of the entire finals series, meaning both teams to me are the best 2 teams in the competition. I couldn't care less what happened tonight, frankly I didn't even know why the Broncos were outsiders.

2 weeks ago Cowboys lacked cohesion the entire game, large factor was that Morgan had been out for a while and whilst JT has been key, Morgan has been just as critical to the Cowboys. Cowboys made more than twice as many errors as the Broncos that night yet still had a chance to win the game on the last set of the game.

Again as I said before, the Cowboys have to get past the Storm for us to even have this discussion which whilst I believe they will, I don't think it is a fait accompli.

The major negative for me with the Cowboys is the fact that it's been 10 years since they last won an away game in a finals series but this season they have shown a lot more resolve away from Townsville this season so enough for me to believe they can win 2 away finals games in a row.

Lol, All I did was quote what he said..  Some people let their emotions get the better of them after losing, I guess.

As for fading the dude, not being funny but every pick I've seen him post was a loser.  I'm sure the guy does alright

Lol, All I did was quote what he said..  Some people let their emotions get the better of them after losing, I guess.

As for fading the dude, not being funny but every pick I've seen him post was a loser.  I'm sure the guy does alright

exactly! it was won by the better team last night!! im surprised you not blaming the refs this time around or the nrl for not having a sydney team in the final, youve got some strange conspiracies going on man

Damn. They're all crawling out form under their rocks today.

Hang my plays out there in this forum for my own personal tracking, whether they're good or bad which is more than I can say about the dudes in here right now hating who hide their plays in other's threads or don't post them at all.

If you're fading and making money, good for you.

If you're following and making money, good for you.

Not many walk away from an NRL season up much if you're betting on it almost every week of the season, it's more of a crapshoot than most sports given the type of 'professional attitude' downunder.

Make my gambling quota in the NBA (all documented at another forum that is much better than this cesspool of kids and wannabes). NRL is more of a hobby and because I enjoy it as a fan.

That being said, have never had a losing season in this sport, all documented. Some years obviously better than others.

Vegas, don't go saying you haven't seen a winner unless you're referring to yourself bro.

Better team didn't win last night but the better team on the night did.

So go ahead and dismiss them to a side that hasn't even booked a spot in the big dance yet .... they (and I) want you to ...

All good Jive. Had them dead to rights last night but they played a great game and now they're in the big dance.

Been low on this team and still not sold obviously but they play each game with the right attitude which goes along way. Hunt and Milf also improving every minute.

Grats on your boys making the Final man.

I wasn't the one saying to fade you bro, maybe you should learn to read, you don't even know what the hell you're posting after you write it apparently

I'm 14-4 in the rugby this week, thanks for asking.  It's all in the other threads, how about you?

Anyway good luck on your NBA capping, that's my specialty.  I had a huge 2010-11 season that I've not seen anybody match, bar my ex-cop buddy from BK who won 600k in MLB the season after.  I'm from NYC, been in Vegas for a long time.  I know all the people in this town that you need to know and all the ones you shouldn't but you do, if you get my drift.

I see you're in California.  Welcome to America, mate.  Next time you're in Vegas, I'll buy you a beer and you can see who the fcuk I am lol

Might tail your NBA plays this season if there's no rugby on so I've got something to keep the bankroll moving hopefully up

was a little full of bravado after a rare tipple for the prelim final last night

absolutely, it just doesn't seem right that a side with seemingly so many shortcomings (inexperienced halves, light weight forward pack - especially in the front row dept) should get as far as they have when you look around at what other sides have in their arsenal. But those bits and pieces they do have are just playing with so much confidence now they're covering the deficiencies for the time being.

Hopefully I have time to put into it this year.  It's a whole different grind in American sports when you're dealing with up to 30 games per day (I cap the NHL at the same time - you'd love hockey, it's rugby on ice lol).

From what I've seen League is tough, emkee is right.  Rugby is great, quick games and quite frankly, less ability on the lines makers (They've only been doing it for 20 years).  I wish I was on rugby 15 years ago when their data bank was slim.  Betting on baseball started in the mid 1800s.  Those guys can set lines now like it's witchcraft.

The approach I had in 2010 was different than how I go about it now.  That well dried up fast.  You have to learn to adapt.   When they first started doing half time lines in the NBA, it was great.  They didn't have their sh*t together and you could crush them by knowing how different teams approached the game.

They adjusted fast and the gravy train dried up.  I've known guys who knew players on teams, were friendly with coaches.  It's like Wal Street, inside information bonanza makes the wheels go round!

I have severe doubts over the Broncos next week.

It is very very difficult to have 2 "perfect storms" in a week. That's what the broncos had last night.

Hodges wont play and their is severe doubt on Jack Reed.

If they do win, it will be in a very very very close game.

IF Cows win tonight, I think they will win the comp barring any major injuries tonight.
