Bunnies may have won eight of their last 10 matches of the season,
but they've not beaten one of the other top eight teams since Round 12
(36-18 v Canberra), and haven’t beaten any of the other top four sides
since their 20-10 win over the Bulldogs in Round 6.

Shitty start to the finals. Very small lean to the Raiders.
Raiders have a shocking recent record in finals, having won just four of their past 17, stretching back to 1995. Seven of those losses have been by 14 points or more. The Sharks don't fare much better in big games. They've won nine of their last 19 finals matches and five of those have been at Toyota Stadium. While the trip to Canberra won't help their cause, the Sharks have won nine of their past 14 matches against the Raiders, including six of their past eight in the capital.
But here's a healthy stat regarding the Raiders,
Since 1995, no team has ever lost if they've come in to the play-offs on the back of at least five wins out of their past six games (that side has won on 14 out of 14 occasions)...

Raiders: No late changes for the Raiders, who are 1-17.
Sharks: John Williams and Ben Pomeroy are out of the side. Ricky Leutele moves into the centres, with Matt Wright moving to the wing and Isaac Gordon coming in at fullback. Ben Ross is also out, replaced by Mark Taufua in the starting side. Wade Graham comes into the final 17 on the bench.

Why not start with Wade Graham?
If Cronulla try and play touch footy they'll get smoked. But if they can turn it into a drag em out slug fest, they will win.

Keeping it simple. Sharks limp in to Finals footy on the back of a 2-7 record in their last 9 whereas the Raiders roll in with a polar opposite record of 7-2 in their last 9. Just can't envision the Shonks getting the lollies in this one, would be shocked if they do given the form charts regardless of the competition played by either team. This is the Raiders game to lose basically and the only thing I can see that may fuck them up is 'finals/big game' experience...
