I don't know if Waikato win, we're talking about Canterbury here.  The line is down to 12 now.  Get a little concerned when everyman and his dog jumps on board, but if you got the line early enough you have a little wiggle room.  I have no idea about these Canterbury ring-ins but you know if they're breed in Canterbury they're tough

I took Waikato +17.5 already, they'll be desperate to atone for the last performance.  On the flip side, the young Canterbury players will be looking to impress their way into a regular starting spot.

FYI, the ground will be wet.  Light rain in Chch right now and it's been drizzling all day.

If Waikato can't lift their perfomance on defense after the Taranki embarrassment then they should hang up the boots.  UN 49.5 is worth a serious look.  The rain has stopped as of now but it's completely overcast and the floor is slippery!

I got on Waikato over 1.5 tries at 1.60... 

Canterbury are only giving up avg 15 points a game, however Waikato are scoring avg 24+ points a game, even with one being a shut out.

It's also ITM cup, which is generally a try-fest.

Here's hoping

peefect, +20.5 wins, waikato /canterbury @ 7/1 wins......that waikato by 1-5 pts @ 16/1 was such good value but i opted for the right tickle, good to see veryone start the week on a good note :)

Raining all day in Napier and thru the game.  I'm not sure that suits Auckland's game which is more expansive than the Bay.

History says Auckland but Hawkes Bay is a very good home side and it is a Shield Game.

Might be worth checking out the odds for a draw since a draw retains the shield and it should be a close game.

Going for the middle, eh?

The wet ball, slippery surface could actually see them go for the try more as they are forced to play the lineout rather than take a tougher shot at goal due to the conditions.

Either way that under was too good to turn away.  The number is dropping on Pinnacle so despite the 365 juice:
