Thats the problem with the stupid cap....
In terms of market value, Souths will be over the cap next year, just like the Dragons were this year with Gasnier.......but because u back end contracts, based on players current worth, the team is over the cap.
Technically if Broncs want to, they can sign Thurston, Inglis, Hayne, Watmough for next year, just heavily backend there contracts towards the last year of there contract and dont resign who they dont to....
