If the papers are correct and he will only be announcing the fact he's leaving the Dragons, not where he's going to then my guess is he's off to Newcastle.

If it was to go back to Brisbane or on to Souths there's no impediment to him making that announcement as both clubs are ready to receive and celebrate him going there.

Newcastle (or at least Tinkler) on the other hand are still waiting the board to decide on the Tinkler offer.
