So what? Australia have a winning record over the last decade but are currently getting slapped by an untalented English side.
Brisbane were getting flogged week in, week out until they beat the Warriors. Admittedly I didn't see the 1st half of the Warriors game (because I took my girls to the Pink concert 
), but the Warriors form was vetted when they were beaten at home by a NSW Cup side last week.
Face it, your Brisbane to make the top 4 bet is on the same scrapheap as my Penrith to win the spoon bet

good luck battler with your plays this week
i'm with you on the rabbitohs line play and like you only a small interest play
i will however be unloading on the roosters -3.5, the warriors are crap, the roosters are fresh, they will win and cover
and as i warmup i like the sharks with the 6.5 start against the sea eagles, manly got flogged last week and they would of worked on the defense all week and we known the sharks defend and defend, i can see this a low scoring game on a cold sat night, the 6.5 start for the home team looks good
so my best is the roosters -3.5
next best sharks +6.5
avoiding the top 8 teams, risky not knowing how the players backup from origin, so i've gone looking elsewhere this week

I had almost forgotten about that one till you reminded me.
But the Broncs will win enough to make the playoffs, and maybe the top 6. I'd have to look at their schedule, though.
But with the Titans next week, I'm sure they know they need a 'W' over the Wabbits.
Personally, I'm not touching the match with any $$$.

They are currently 7th with a negative for-and-against. They play:
Rabbits (H)
Titans (A)
Canberra (A) - they got smashed in the corresponding game last year
Sharks (H)
Penrith (H)
Dragons (A)
Cowboys (A)
Cowboys (A)
Canberra (H)
Realistically, the only team that can take their place in the 8 is Manly, but I think the top 6 is beyond them from here.
They would have to win more games than Newcastle and the Cowboys to make the 6, given those two sides both have healthy for-and-against records.
Newcastle also play 4 of their remaining 7 at home

Congratulations NRL, you're successfully killing off the Broncos yet again through your own greed.
I'm almost at the point where I can't be bothered investing the same level of emotional support year after year until representative games are stand alone and the Broncos are given a fair chance to field something near their best 17 every weekend.
