Cowboys at home are normally easy selections, but with the outs, it makes it harder to choose them. The rumour of William Zillman being called up for the Titans, with an as yet un-named withdrawal trends to let the game return towards the Cowboys. With JT, Cowboys by 12, without Cowboys by 8.

The Tigers will learn plenty from their heavy defeat in Brisbane but without the direction of Luke Brooks again this week, the writing is on the wall against a rejuvenated Dragons outfit boosted with the return of Gareth Widdop and Josh Dugan from injury.

Ref was so poor in the force game that was a disgrace. That score line did not reflect the game

Didn't watch the game...final 34-12... normally I bought few point..+25.5 @1.50 was the best... unlucky force missed last kicked.. well that's gambling..

Storm by 18 I think the Storm should win and win easy

Eels by 4 I think the Eels will win in a close one here

Dragons by 10 I think the Dragons are going to go back on track with a win over the Tigers

Roosters by 1 I have no idea

Cowboys by 6 I think Cowboys can win

Raiders by 2 I think the Raiders will win in a thiller here

Panthers by 2 I think the Panthers will win in a thiller here

who know he may be perfect this week.. both game will be super close..

Manly - The Raiders did beat my BBB last week but were far from convincing. They should have smacked us silly but they didn’t. That has me thinking. Manly are actually pretty handy, love tossing the footy around and they’re at Brookie. I reckon their form currently is a bit better than when they beat the Raiders a month ago. Yeah, Manly for mine.

Bulldogs - Yes, the Doggies have lost 3 in a row but they might just break that losing run this weekend. The Panthers have beaten the Warriors and Knights and then had a week off but I’m not getting excited on where they’re at and how they’re getting it done. Something just not right. The Doggies were a bit unlucky last week against the Sharks and only lost it 2 mins from time. That might stir them up with enough belief to get up in this one. Doggies for me. Woof! Woof!

see this guy also has picked para,mel, rooster, cows and dragon to win..

but he has got different feeling.. hmm.. tough two games..this is the best chance manly and doge to get home win..

no bet for me..

I reiterate my previous comment. The Lions played worst against a NZ provincial "B" side and the Lions were stacked with international players. Can't see them getting close against the All Blacks on that performance. 3-0 coming up.

how much 3-0 to allblacks..not bad bet atall..may say free money..

That's a healthy attitude mate. I saw the result and was annoyed for you but I think we have all had last minute half point losses.

As we have now passed the half way mark are you game to predict a final 8 and maybe a bit gamer for the top 4.

Sharks at home V the storm. This will be a guy with Gallen trying to save some face from his SOO losses. If Cam Smith plays then it's Storm.

Manly at home V the Knights...no contest Manly by plenty.

Broncos at home V Rabbits...two losses in a row for the Broncs plus the SOO embarrassment. Broncs by plenty.

Titans at home will give a hapless Warriors a lesson.

Panthers V Raiders out at Big Pete's territory. Will be cold and maybe the Raiders handle the cold a bit better.

Eels V Cowboys...Will JT be back? if so then it's the Cows

Tigers V Roosters...on form you must take the Chooks.

Dogs V Dragons. Two weeks in a row Dogs lose to higher placed teams Sharks and Roosters then lose to Panthers who are just above them. Forget the home advantage they are a club in trouble.

When I've really had doubts about the Bulldogs they tend to do better than I expect..even if they don't win.

I didn't think they would beat the Panthers, but I didn't see a 38-0 loss coming.

Teams often bounce back after an embarrassing performance so it wouldn't surprise me if they turned up this weekend.

Will I tip them though? I doubt it

I’m with the Canes and I’m happy enough to nail my colours to the mast early on and at the risk of ending up with egg on face I’ll suggest that 5.5 is as good as it will get for minus backers.

The opportunity to make a “virtual decider” out of that final match of the regular season at home to the Saders forms a big chunk of the justification and I’ll go with 5 units (out of a max of 10)

Bets: 5 units, Hurricanes -5.5 points
