You do realise it was a 2nd string team and they had no interest in this game at all right? 

Minnow teams have no depth, there is a huge gap between the best USA xv and the one they fielded today.

You do realize we had our top team versus Samoa and Scotland and got raped in the second half in those games too.

You're right the depth isn't great but it's still no excuse.  You saw the first half, right?  US were right in it.  Their inability to perform in second halves is not down to just lack of depth.
