they really need to make the rwc like the jwc, so that all teams play thru knockouts into their respective finals, we and the tier 2 teams want to play each other all the way thru to finals, it maters as much as to who is winner of 19th/20 th final as it does to who wins the grand prize

already worked it out, increas to 24 teams, 6 groups, 1st 2nd and best 4 3rd places all into last 16, the rest into  a bowl qtrs, losers of last 16 ko round into plate qtrs, winners into main qtrs, then repeat at semis for all 3 mini comps
