Reality TV Betting?

Anyone know of a book where I can place some reality tv bets on something other than AI? Like Survivor, TAR,Grease, etc.?
 
Bodog has a few but with a $50 limit and I'm Canadian so I can't be a member there anyway....
 
Any other books out there? Thanks.

I know I've seen Survivor betting at Olympic and they take credit card deposits. But I haven't checked with them in a while, that was a few seasons back.

Ive seen survivor at olympic too but last i chcked it was survivor all-stars,
 
bet365 usualy has a bunch, they have that Grease thing. and TAR all-stars, probably a few otheres from time to time.
