question please help

Im sure this is not the right thread for this topic of questions but i know i will get better answeres here.   I am trying to get the name of a website........ I remember back at the steelers seahawks superbowl there was a website that had odds based on how good they were for the teams to reach the superbowl....But the difference was u were betting on a team to go to the superbowl in return for tickets at a set price they came up with based on there chances to reach...... u pay the money ur team loses u lose ur team goes u go.........  I know im not crazy and i remember reading about this i want to say it was a project by stanford students and then developed it into a business putting out odds on teams in every major sport based on there chances to go to the big show, i do not remember the name of the site but i do know it exist.  With the final four in my backyard i was hoping to find this website and put some bets down on teams i believe will go to the final four and im sure whatever price i have to pay to bet those teams would be cheaper then scalping tickets. its killin me i have been on google for a week tryin to find it...........  THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND INPUT IF YOU REMEMBER......................
