I like the "Will he sell part of the Beatles catalog in 2005". From what is reported, he is in quite a bit of financial trouble. So that would make sense, since Paul has hounded him to buy it up.

I like the he will sell Neverland as well as be on oprah and release a solo LP.

I don't think he will sell any of the beatles collection, as that is his only real source of income. But the rest are quite possible.
