Need advice on a futures bet

Before the season started I bet $600 on Bama to win it all , getting 8.5. Bookie asked me yesterday if I wanted to make a deal. Should I make a deal on the bet, if so, what should I offer, bet the other way, money line,etc?

8.5 on bama is a steal. If the book wants to deal when I'd be worried about getting stiffed if I won.Something to consider.
