MLB Futures Bets

Here is what I took at the beginning of the year: Toronto to win the AL 200-1 ($40 to win $8000) Orioles to win the AL 50-1 ($40 to win $2000) Orioles to win the AL East 25-1 ($40 to win $1000) Recently took Toronto to win the AL East 50-1 ($40 to win $2000) Also recently took White Sox to win the World Series 16-1 ($40 to win $640) Kicking myself for not pulling the trigger at the beginning of the year on Arizona and San Diego. I saw Arizona at 150-1 to win the NL Pennant and San Diego was 100-1. I know these look good, and it's a marathon, not a sprint, so I'm not really getting to up or down right now about these picks. Let me know your comments and who you took on your futures bets. I'm thinking of taking the Bengals to win the AFC this coming year-- my buddy told me that he saw them in Vegas around 40-1.

Vegas, don't want to bust your balls too much. All your bets look like they have a chance as of now, but you should try to post your future wagers before the season starts. That way you won't see any of these in your threads||lie.gif' border=0> GL the rest of the way||an_cheers.gif' border=0>

Baltimore still in first- but getting beat by Detroit and Pittsburgh is not a good sign for them. Toronto is holding their own-- but it looks like Minnesota is going to get the Wild Card spot.

Baltimore now a couple games back of Boston and a couple games back of the wild card-- need a strong 2nd half push from Baltimore and Toronto... would be very happy to see a mid-season collapse by Boston and the Yankees and see Baltimore take the wild card and Toronto win the division!

Orioles are done- they may never win again. I need Toronto to go on a 20 game winning streak-- and come on White Sox!
