Is it possible to bet a team's win total or points total mid season?

There is no shortage of over under lines for total team points (NHL) or wins before the seasons start.  I'm wondering if anyone offers updated lines midseason. 

I'd like the ability to bet on the future outlook of teams midseason, maybe after trades or coaching changes, without having to bet them to win the championship or division outright.  A win total or team points total midway through the season would be perfect.

there are out there for baseball but i ve never seen them in any other sport.
