He makes sense. I just worry a little that he may have lost the putter and these greens will go toe to toe with Augusta in difficulty. He also is a flusher with the long irons so he won’t really get that edge this week with a ton of wedges in to greens. But I get it for sure

Full card, never thought I’d bet a top 20 on Jordan Speith lol, but I think there’s a bit of safety with him with how good is driver right now and his ability to get the ball in the hole in horrible situations which will be so common here. He should in theory be more comfortable here than most, I think he goes well this week. GL all should be a great watch

Love Lowry at 45-1. ARe you kidding me? In form, has course history, and great fit for hard courses.
McIlroy is good at 12-1. You said link style, nice.
I don't like Rahm at his price.
I love Bradley at 90-1. Conners 60-1. Henley 65-1. Burns 80-1.
Might add Straka, Fleetwood, English, Abergy, or Griffin to my card.

This isn't golf, this is torture both to play (for them) and to watch as a spectator. All of those sloping, narrow fairways, and lopsided greens...terrible entertainment.
I watched the Spieth, Rahm, and Johnson threesome in the second round and there wasn't a birdie until their 13th hole. These three guys didn't need perseverance or divine intervention, they needed psychiatrists.
It was hell on a Pennsylvania pasture...for me there are only two beautiful courses in the world and they are Augusta and Pebble beach...this one is Western Pennsylvanian wicky/wacky.

So go do this weird thing you’re doing on the hundreds of other posters here on covers that don’t post units/bet slips. What I do provide are detailed write ups about each golf course because I genuinely enjoy it, I hope that you find something you enjoy that isn’t this nonsense. If you did your homework you’d see Ive been lucky enough to have hit outrights at 90-1, 40-1, and 26-1 and plenty of positive weeks on positionals. My accounts reflect that I am doing just fine

Only 2 beautiful courses? That’s wild man, theres a bunch of incredible golf courses in America alone. BTW there are extremely sloped greens and uneven fairways at Augusta as well, that’s like the primary feature of the course.
I genuinely enjoy seeing the best players in the world tested on the most difficult golf courses in the world. I personally don’t watch golf to see a bunch of birdies, I like when players are actually penalized for errors, which is relatively hard to come by on the pga tour these days outside of major championships. We see enough birdie fests, it’s good to see these guys go through actual adversity every now and then IMO. And tough tests such as this one usually show who is truly playing the best golf in all aspects, contrary to the many putting contests on the pga tour schedule

I can’t believe JJ Spaun won the US Open
2/7 on positionals taking a small loss overall. Was lookin pretty good until spieth and Bradley folded down the stretch Sunday. On to Travelers
