The FedEx Cup Playoffs are here! First up, The Barclays!! Event number one of four is being held in Paramus, NJ at the vintage Ridgewood Country Club. Founded in 1890, the 7,300 yard Par 71 track is one of the oldest country clubs in America. Par 4 performance is a strong stat this week. Putting and scrambling will be the number one factor. Who's short game will prevail?
Defending Champ is Adam Scott

I see a lot of value out there too. Good value in some H2H plays as well

like "The Hawk" and am tempted to bet him @ 25-1 to win the tourney BUT would much prefer a Top 10 or Top 20 IF it was available here with the Las Vegas sportsbooks. STILL smarting from that "bad beat" in Canada
btw, Canadian Open winner Tim Clark is a field bet @ Cantor Gaming this week @ 3-1

I am curious as to why you feel the course does not set up well for Rory?In the past he has been predominately a right to left player but has shown recently that he can play the cut now successfully, his short game has been flawless of late.He is one of the best iron players on tour by proximity to hole so I'm not to sure I follow your fade for those reasons. History proves that it is very hard to repeat as we all know and have seen, never mind 4 in a row.I did not include him in my futures play this week as 4/1 now 3/1 is not enough value for me given the possibility of a let down and the difficulty of a 4 in a row.
BUT..............and it's a big butt I won't be fading him in any match ups either FT or rounders until I at least see him struggle a little.
BOL with you play this week.

Have talked to some RW members lately and they have told me the rough is crazy along. I think driving accuracy and par 4 performance are most important stats this week.
Bet the following with my local
Furyk +2200
Mahan +4000
Zach Johnson +5000
also considering sergio, stenson and phil

Maybe I should rephrase that to...This week doesn't set up well for McIlroy.
He's playing so good, it probably don't matter what course it is. But my thoughts were he'll have a better chance next week at a familiar place where's he's won before.

Vegas thinks Rory bounces back big tomorrow OR Bubba goes backwards and Rory has an ok round.....I think Rory has a better round than today for sure. Maybe 1-2 under at best....IMO
Wait and see if the line moves any....
Kind of like Bubba +120 over McIlroy
