Falco impressed me last week, great arm, but Baltimore's play calling was horrible, too obvious, they run on first and second down. Like so many teams, they coddle their young QB, playing too conservatively, and that only makes it tougher on him because he's always forced to throw on 3rd down. With better play calling they can beat any team in the league.

Collins is the deep threat that TENN has needed to compliment their running game. Now that you can look back at the vince young era and compare it with the first 4 games with collins, that run/pass balance has changed their offense into a multi headed beast.
BAL isnt facing a banged up Rothlisberger and the Steelers. The steelers O line is in shambles you will not see that type of penetration against the titans. Why should we doubt the TENN D this week against flacco and the one dimensional ravens O?...Mcclain comes back down to earth this week. Titans continue to cover.
TENN -3 27-13

hey joiitsrott, same thoughs the ravens should get ahead from their defense keeping the offense on the field and i see this game being decided by which oline and dline can control the offense of the field more causing the ravens to realize this is their type of game at home to earn a big momentum changer in the season and tenn is due for a letdown with no real reciever and no quarterback especially when it comes to kerry collins vs the ravens and this ravens d is more scarier than ever and youll see that right out the gate

I am going out on a bit of a limb here but the Ravens look good to me in this spot. Despite Tennessee's phenomenal o-line, this Ravens D will get to Kerry Collins early and often. Flacco won't do anything extraordinary but will get the W at home here imo.
Baltimore +3

i been researching this game now for about 6 hours and i see the outcome being from the pressure on tennesee and i think the better team in an experienced defense will break a young offense and young defense even though flacco is a rookie he has great vision on the field and i thnk that is the difference

wrong team is favored... don't care about Tenn going 4-0, since they have only played 1 team that is playing decent ball, and that was Jax in week 1, when they were a veritable MASH unit...
definitely my favorite pick in the pros this week... Baltimore should win outright... Flacco is the real deal... this guy will be near the top of the QB list by the end of next year...

Short week for the ravens .Tenny been solid and all over QB should be tough for Flacco if vanden and albert get him early it could be a long day foe the ravens.

Shep, you seem to know you stuff and I'm not trying to get into "a thing" with you over this. However, which upper echelan teams have the Ravens played? Didn't you call the Giants (minus the points) your 'Nfl pick of the week"?
I respect that Baltimore is at home, so that certainly helps. But Ten looks nasty, straight nasty. Though I do agree that their schedule too has yet to test them on very many occasions.
