Eagles have owned week 2 in the pre-season (10-1ATS) last 11. And I certainly don't trust the Bengals especially after a win when they score 28 or more points.

I got the Eagles and the over.  Week 2 is the Eagles best week over the last decade by far in the preseason as the Colonel outlined.  Both these teams have top 5 defenses when the starters are out there for the entire game.....but I don't see the back up D stopping the back up O for either squad.  Should be similar to the Philly and Jax game from last week in the total.

I agree with Mr.P, the bengals have more flags on them than a flag football team. The Eagles will have their starters in the entire first half, and with the bengals having played their last game just 5 days ago (thats 4 days rest), I can see cincy starters not playing a whole lot in this one. I'll take the Eagles on the moneyline.

Geez, why does everyone take sides in exhibition?  You may as well put your money on a coin flip.  I mean do you really thing "Zimmer will have the D fired up and ready to go."  Come on, nobody is motivated in August.

But some coaches like to score in pre-season - Andy Ried was 4-0 on the overs last year.  And some teams need to score - Bengals are still working out the kinks with OchoCinco and T.O.
