    Minnesota has owned the Lions for years. Whether it's Favre or Joe Webb, I at least see a Vikings back to back win & cover here.

can't believe nobody has brought this up yet...

due to the damage to their stadium, the Vikings are playing their 4th straight road game... and they have nothing to play for... and they are playing this game with 4 days to prepare... starting a rookie 3rd string QB (and yes, i like Joe Webb, but come on!)... with lots of distractions this week...

this has to be one of the single worst spots i have ever seen in any sport...

Det (-3.5)... don't bother buying it down to 3 or paying the juice, in my opinion... this won't be close!

True but sometimes that kinda adversity can work positively on a team and give them the 'Us against the world' mentality. They already held one home game here, that buzz from beating Philly, and if it were any team besides the Lions I probably wouldn't do this but as good as they are ATS it seems they always get F'ed out of the wins somehow, someway either by their own doings or a ref or something is just bound to happen -- Vikes +3.5

The Loins are 12-3 vs. the number this year, but winning 4 in a row? I don't see it. Minny's D is still playing well, Peterson's coach Bienemy (evidently a very oppressive, quick tempered manager) gone, and with Frazier meeting Wilf to discuss a contract after the game, I see the Vikings stepping up and playing well.

   Total agree with you. Will be FAN APPRECIATION GAME and lions will play very good FOR THE HOME CROWD.

I see a close game here, the Vikings proved they can still win the other night in Philly.  Take the small chalk and hope they keep it close and get a cover ??

Detroit -3.5 . the vikes are just beaten down and have have mentally given up . Peterson has been stoped all year , he's is not a top 5  back this year (He is #6 ) farve's been hurt still recovering if he plays or not

Detroit still has fire , they want to end on a high note for the season
