I would say no not in the 2010's you know who is at fault? It is their fault we spend more then we make. It is their fault the government shuts down yup it is their fault we are in this giant mess.
And it will take our president and his guts to give executive orders to keep this ship afloat cause congress doesn't do anything but argue and get paid.
