i'll go with never. that guy, and the one before him, have been talking this nonsense for years. and now he has an equally unstable nutball on the other side he can trade threats with. i think we'll see more verbal sparring but that's about it.

They will make sure none of those test missiles will ever come close or be mistaken for a first strike by North Korea and they know their big mouths alone will not start a war.
