From what I have observed it is those that least secure in their masculinity that need to try to over compensate by siding with trump. This type of rhetoric only plays into the stereotype of the trump supporter being a generic loser who masturbates to anime.
So childless single males who need to feel better about themsleves back trump saying that some how gives them a testosterone boost. The GOP are the ones that brought up this observation of childless singles males who masturbate to anime being trump supporters. It is interesting to watch this type of trump supporters reinforcing this observation
