To make a long story short ... the Trump Organization is in violation of the Federal Corrupt Practices Act.  Simply not knowing that your business partner had done business and/or has ties to the front companies of the Iranian National Guard ... is no defense at all.  And pulling out of the deal after you have received millions in fees ... is just too late.

Maybe that's why Trump refuses to release his tax returns.
Presidential candidates should release their tax returns. No exceptions.

Back in September 2015, Trump did not make 
the list on top 20 New York condominium developers.
Atlantic City Trump Plaza closed in 2014.

Carl Icahn now owns the Trump Taj Mahal.

Trump Marina (now the Golden Nugget)  was sold to Landry's(Houston-based gaming-and-restaurant company), a Houston-based gaming-and-restaurant company

IRS can leak the returns, however states have copies as well that Hillary brought up when Trump went for a gaming license in New Jersey,
